Walter Lappert created his first batch of ice cream in December 1983 on Kauai and has earned the title of ‘Best Ice Cream on the Island.’ Lappert’s hand made ice cream is ‘Super Premium.’ They also offer freshly roasted coffee and baked goods made from scratch.
