Kaua’i Culinary Market
Wednesdays, 3:30pm to 6:00pm, with cooking demonstration at 5:00pm
This one-of-a-kind weekly market is held every Wednesday from 3:30 to 6pm in a pau hana (happy hour) style event that is conveniently timed for after work or play. It offers the finest selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, a color- ful array of tropical flowers, spices, pies, jams and other delicious treats and local favorites— all Kaua‘i grown and made.
Each week the market features more than 20 local farmers, flower growers and food vendors. Each table proudly showcases Kaua‘i grown ingredients, sharing the stories of Kaua‘i’s farm harvest, and provides everything you’d need to take home to your own table, create your own culinary creation, or for authentic Kaua‘i gifts for friends and family back home.
The weekly chef demonstration at 5pm features the south shore’s most talented chefs. This engaging demonstration showcases the diverse uses of local ingredients and is set up with an amazing backdrop of lush mountain- sides and stunning ocean views.
