Mastering Meringue Workshop with Caitlyn: March 10
Workshop Includes: Learn how to create perfect meringue with MPJ’s Pastry Chef, Caitlyn Winfield. She will be teaching Italian, French and Swiss styles in the form of marshmallow, Brazo De Mercedes, and a French Macaron demonstration. This is an introductory course and a prerequisite workshop for our advanced French Macaron Workshop.
